As President/CEO of the South Florida Hispanic
                                               Chamber of Commerce (SFHCC)  (La Camara de
                                                Comercio Hispana), I am very happy to have the
                                                opportunity to reach you through this message. The
                                                SFHCC is a non-profit organization founded nine years
                                                ago and is considered one of the largest Hispanic
                                                chambers in the State of Florida with over 400 members
                                                and growing. Our programs are representative of our
                                                community's needs. The Minority Business and
                                                Acculturation Program has provided numerous Hispanic
                                                owned businesses with technical assistance and basic
                                                acculturation problems. Through our foundation, we
                                               have been able to grant 27 scholarships to low-income
                                                students pursuing a tourism-related career and also
                                                provide internships to high school and college students.
